Nazmeen is well known for being able to build rapport with clients and solicitors whilst always fighting to get the best outcome for her clients by using her analytical skills, ability to think outside the box and work under pressure. Solicitors therefore regularly instruct her in a range of cases such as harassment, domestic related offences, driving matters and assaults of varying degrees of severity. Nazmeen has a diverse practice that also includes frequently appearing on behalf of prosecutorial bodies. Being a CPS Panel Advocate, Nazmeen appears for the CPS in the Magistrates and Crown Court. Her Crown Court work also comprises of breach proceedings where she appears on behalf of Probation Services.

Having carried out a 6-month secondment with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a case presenter in fitness to practice hearings, Nazmeen appeared in many substantive hearings including those brought against managers of care homes and high profile midwifery cases involving the death of a baby. She therefore has an interest in developing her practice in regulatory law, another area of Chamber’s expertise.
