James Lofthouse successfully prosecuted Jamie Taylor at Maidstone Crown Court. Despite inconsistencies in the victim’s evidence and a lack of corroboration, Taylor was unanimously convicted of a string of rapes and other sexual assaults of a girl aged 4 to 7 between 2001 – 2004. He was sentenced to a total of 18 years imprisonment.
