Justin McClintock secures not guilty verdicts for defendant charged with serious sexual assault and witness intimidation

Justin McClintock has secured not guilty verdicts on all charges in a case concerning allegations of serious sexual assault, battery, and witness intimidation (charged as an attempt to pervert the course of justice).  The case was complicated by disclosure failings and the late joinder of the charges. Had the defendant been convicted he would have faced a significant custodial sentence.
