Ruby Selva secured a unanimous acquittal in under 20 minutes following a trial at Southwark Crown Court. Her client was charged with sexual offences against a child when he was a child himself now facing trial as an adult. Her client’s defence was that the allegations were complete fabrications motivated by jealously.
