MF was accused of having murdered Jobari Gooden in what police described as a frenzied attack on Mr Gooden: 6 wounds were inflicted, 2 of which were fatal wounds. Notwithstanding that all eye-witnesses alleged that MF had been the aggressor in possession of the knife, the jury acquitted MF of murder and being in possession of the knife but convicted MF of manslaughter.
