John Waller secured the acquittal of his client following a 6 day trial at Winchester Crown Court. John’s client had been accused of the grooming and rape of his cousin over a 10 year period. The case was complicated by the complainants autism and a significant family history. The Jury took just over 2 hours to acquit on a seven count indictment.
