Tana Adkin QC and Justin McClintock represented a defendant charged in a multi-handed joint enterprise murder, conspiracy to rob and conspiracy to kidnap. The case involved forensic, mobile phone, cell-site, CCTV and witness evidence.
The defendant was acquitted on all counts after a 6 week trial, having not given evidence.
