Helen Dawson, instructed by CPS Thames and Chiltern, successfully prosecutes two defendants charged with multiple firearms and drug supply offences
The defendants were found guilty after trial of being in possession of firearms with intent to endanger life and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin, following the finding of almost £30, 000 worth of drugs and four firearms, two of which were loaded with ammunition, at properties in Reading and Farnborough.
The defendants received sentences of 16 years and six months’ imprisonment and 14 years and nine months imprisonment, respectively.
