After a 5-day trial at Isleworth Crown Court, James Bull successful defends client charged with Controlling and Coercive Behaviour, ABH, Assault by beating, Non-Fatal Strangulation and Threats to Kill.
The Defendant was acquitted on all counts despite the production of an independent prosecution witness.
The jury returned unanimous verdicts on all counts.
