15NBS is committed to ensuring the retention of women to our profession. We have a ‘Women in Chambers’ group made up of our outstanding female members. The focus of the group is to encourage female members of chambers to progress their careers and reach their maximum potential. It also aims to support navigating the return to work after career breaks or parental leave.
