Justin’s client was accused of starting a large fire in a multi-occupancy house in what the prosecution characterised as a spiteful attack by the defendant on the person living in the room above the fire. Justin’s client was unanimously acquitted by the jury having been positively identified as having started the fire and having accepted presence in the room when the fire started.
