Sarah represented a man of good character accused of three counts of sexual assault against two of his colleagues at a work Christmas party. At the conclusion of the prosecution case and after all witnesses had been cross-examined, the trial judge agreed with Sarah’s submission of no case to answer and directed the jury to acquit the defendant.
