Confiscation order made against Giovanni Di Stefano

Patrick Moran, instructed by the CPS Organised Crime Division, has successfully concluded complex confiscation proceedings involving the notorious “lawyer” Giovanni Di Stefano.  The order made against the Defendant included a finding that he had hidden assets of £1 million.  At a hearing at Southwark Crown Court on 20^th March 2014, Mr Di Stefano was ordered to pay a total of over £2 million immediately or face an additional 8½ year prison sentence.
