Helen Dawson, instructed by Jennifer Hall of Tosswill & Co, represented a man charged with two counts of kidnap against two complainants on separate occasions, two counts of making threats to kill, controlling and coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship and ABH.
After a trial at Guildford Crown Court, Helen’s client was unanimously acquitted of all counts.
