Ruby Selva appeared at The Colchester Court Martial representing a client charged with a sexual offence against a minor.
The case involved detailed cross examination of the minor and also associated adult witnesses. The case was sensitively but firmly put. At the conclusion of the Prosecution case she successfully argued that there was no case to answer. A verdict of Not Guilty was directed by the Judge.
