In a 3-day trial at Maidstone Crown Court, Yasmin Ford, instructed by Jonathan Mellody of MK Law, secures the acquittal of a client charged with assaulting an emergency worker in the execution of their duty. Yasmin’s client was accused of resisting officers at Euro Tunnel causing one of the officer’s substantial bruising. Following robust cross-examination of the officers and a carefully crafted closing speech, Yasmin’s client was unanimously acquitted.
