R v P – Lewes Crown Court – client who was stopped by police through intelligence that drug dealing was taking place. The client had Tramadol tablets and £1620 in his car and a drug line. The police raided his house and found 159 wraps of crack and heroin in his bedroom. After a 3-day trial at the Lewes Crown Court the client was acquitted of all charges.
