Helen Dawson secured an acquittal for her client, charged with robbery, after the Crown were forced to offer no evidence following a successful application to exclude the identification of her client.
Helen successfully argued that the identification should be excluded as it was equivocal and not compliant with Code D of PACE 1984. Despite the Complainant being in attendance, the Crown were forced to offer no evidence, due to the lack of remaining evidence
Helen was instructed by Velma Ferdinand of Fosse Law.
