Justin McClintock defends allegation of ‘horrific’ attempted murder

Justin McClintock has concluded the defence of a mentally unwell man accused of a ‘horrific’ knife attack on a stranger. Justin’s instructing solicitor, Sumeer Chaudhry of BAC Law, made successful representations to the Crown that a lesser offence should be accepted. During a two-day sentencing exercise involving cross-examination of psychiatric experts, Justin successfully argued that there were sound reasons not to impose a sentence with a penal element (‘a hybrid order’).
