Justin McClintock has concluded the successful defence of a man accused of conspiring to kidnap and injure a man who was attacked in broad daylight in East London before being driven away in a van in which he was allegedly burned multiple times. The Crown today offered no evidence, citing the impact of a defence statement that was served on behalf of the defendant.
