Following a 12 day trial at Isleworth Crown Court John Waller secured the acquittal of his client who was being tried for Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice. John’s client was said to have been trying to get her two young children to change their evidence at their father’s trial for child cruelty. John’s client denied that this had ever happened. The case involved the cross-examination of two young children, numerous witnesses from Social Services and the careful examination of extensive Family Court material.
