Beth Crocker secured the acquittal of her client, K, who was accused of sexually abusing a child family member. It was alleged that he repeatedly indecently assaulted and raped the child over an 18 month period. The trial involved the cross-examination of an expert in PTSD and was a trial conducting following the s28 procedure. The jury acquitted the defendant of all 20 counts that he faced.
