Justin McClintock has concluded the successful defence of a man accused of participating in serious violence at the end of an anti-lockdown protest in Hyde Park (originally reported by the BBC).
Following a 12 day trial at Southwark Crown Court the jury unanimously acquitted the defendant of both violent disorder and a lesser alternative s.4 offence (threatening behaviour).
