At Oxford Crown Court John Waller successfully prosecuted a professional “chop shop” where the value exceeded half a million pounds. The Crown’s case was that the defendants garage was not a legitimate business and was used for a large scale network of high end vehicles to be broken down into parts and exported. This was a huge investigation by Thames Valley Police. The defendant is then alleged to have falsified documents to try to show that his business was legitimate which also resulted in his conviction for perverting the course of justice.
