Justin McClintock has secured the acquittal of a defendant accused of a stabbing at a Wetherspoons Pub in south London. Justin successfully resisted a Res Gestae application from the Crown before making a successful submission of no case to answer on the stabbing charge at the conclusion of the prosecution case.
