Neil Ross, led by Felicity Gerry QC, secured not guilty verdicts on allegations of conspiracy to murder and two counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. The client, who was 17 at the time, was said to have been in joint possession of a firearm during the course of a near-fatal knife attack. The following day, it was alleged a drive-by shooting occurred against a rival gang, killing one person.
