Neil Ross’ client acquitted of conspiracy to murder and firearms offences

Neil Ross, led by Felicity Gerry QC, secured not guilty verdicts on allegations of conspiracy to murder and two counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. The client, who was 17 at the time, was said to have been in joint possession of a firearm during the course of a near-fatal knife attack. The following day, it was alleged a drive-by shooting occurred against a rival gang, killing one person. Legal issues in the trial included gang evidence, duress, county lines drug dealing and joint possession. Neil Ross was instructed by Central Chambers Law Solicitors
